For ACAD customers that require remote desktop assistance, we are now using Teamviewer to remotely access your desktop computer. 

1. Please Click Windows or Mac icon to download the app and run it. 

You may also use this link as to get our version of Teamviewer:

2. Provide the 9 digit ID and password to the one who will be remotely accessing your system.

Note: If the ID or password are not visible and there are only dashes, then there are firewall restrictions set by your IT department. Check with them regarding allowing access.

TeamViewer allows us to watch the screen of a remote PC via the Internet so that applications can be discussed and worked on together.

The session can be disconnected at any time from the TeamViewer Control panel with a simple mouse click.
